Process

  • Evaluated design workflows across brands where designers were embedded at the brand level, identifying opportunities to centralize resources and improve collaboration.
     

  • Led in-depth discussions with executive leadership and senior brand leaders to align on the vision and structure for a centralized design team.
     

  • Developed the framework for the Crain Design Hub to support editorial and commercial storytelling across brands.
     

  • Implemented shared visual standards and scalable workflows, building and leading a centralized team of 20 designers supporting 18+ media brands.
